With the CONNECTED WASH app from Winterhalter you will have everything around your commercial warewasher at one sigh. No matter when, or where you are in the world at that time. With that you increase your operational safety and the efficiency of your warewasher.

CONNECTED WASH is the intelligent networking of Winterhalter warewashers.

Winterhalter is specialist in commercials warewashing for gastronomy, restaurant chains, hotel industry, communal feeding as well as bakeries or butcheries.

With the CONNECTED WAH App all relevant machine data are collected, evaluated and processed in a way to give concrete tips and recommendations.

The app supports you to increase your operational safety, optimize your cleaning process and fulfill your obligatory documentation,

The CONNECTED WASH App is arranged in three areas: Operational safety, Optimisation and Services.

Within the ”Safety” section all machines messages are captures, evaluated and displayed as tips and recommendations – directly in the app and optionally as push message to your smartphone or tablet. E.g. you will see if your chemical container is empty. New chemical can be ordered directly through the app.

To ensure a hygienically perfect wash result and an economical operation of your warewasher the “Optimisation” section indicates areas on how you can optimise the operation of your warewasher. You will e.g. obtain a recommendation if the self-cleaning program at the end of a washing day is not completed or if the time period between switching on and the first washcycle in unnecessarily long and causes avoidable heating costs.

Within the “Services” section you will find different information and documents:
- All relevant machine settings
- Wash cycle logbook for your documentation (HACCP)
- Logbook with all important machine messages
- Operating instructions of your machine(s)
- Training videos for an ideal operation

The CONNECTED WASH App allows individual settings for your account. You can e.g. define what messages should be pushed to your smartphone of tablet or you can determine a group of people that will have access to the machine data and messages.

All data are sent encoded to the Winterhalter server and are protected against unauthorized access.
